WHO ARE WE?
Jubilee Christian Church International is a worldwide international ministry with its headquarters in Abeokuta, Nigeria in West Africa. We are a church of all nations, all colors and all tongues proclaiming Jesus our Jubilee.
Rev. (Dr.) Adekunle Adesina is the overseer. He resides in Nigeria with his wife, Rev. (Mrs.) Remi Adesina. We have churches in West Africa, South Africa, Europe, and North America.
Vision
- To see the gospel of Jesus (Our Jubilee) preached in every continent of the world, that men be reconciled back to their Creator, liberated from the oppression of the devil and prepared for the second coming of Christ.
Mission
- To raise an army of mature, rooted and grounded believers (through training), infuse the vision into them and release them to other parts of the world to do the same.
- To pursue the vision via every available medium as the Lord leads and provides the means.
- To minister to the needs of the people spiritually, materially, financially and to teach them how to use the Word of God to improve the quality of their lives, spirit, soul and body.
Beliefs
- Scriptures: The Holy Bible is the Word of God written by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit through the apostles. (2 Tim. 3:16).
- The Godhead: We serve one God; manifested in 3 Persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, all being co-equal (Phil. 2:6). The Father is greater than all and is the sender of the Word (John 14:28, John 16:28). The Son is the Word, manifested into flesh and has existed with the Father from the beginning (John 1:14, 18). The Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father and the Son and is eternal (John 15:26).
- Eternal Life: Heaven or Hell: Jesus Christ lived, died and rose again for the salvation of mankind. New Birth is necessary to all men and when experienced produces eternal life. The one who dies in sin is hopelessly lost and doomed for hell (2 Co. 7:10, John 3:3-5, 1 John 5:12, Rev. 19:20).
- The Death & Resurrection of Christ: Jesus Christ died on the cross for the sins of mankind and He rose from the dead in His glorified body on the third day and He ascended into heaven where He is seated at the right hand of God the Father (Rom. 10:6-7, Eph. 1:20-21). It is fulfilling to serve God. That is His purpose for creating us that we partner with Him by handling the affairs of the earth (Gen 1:26-27).
